CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development (COAD) is seeking an individual with customer service experience and an aptitude for working with people over the telephone.  As a customer services representative, this individual will work for the Utility programs in the Athens office.  Key responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, completing the necessary paperwork, and data entry.

 

Qualifications include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 years experience in customer services or telemarketing, basic computer skills, ability to communicate with individuals of varied socioeconomic backgrounds, possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and dependable transportation, and must be insurable.

 

Salary range is based on experience, skills, and ability. This position is 40 hours a week with benefits.  Position will be open until filled.
